Transgendered families are the focus of this installment of the original series Here Family. Transgendered couples share stories of bringing children into their home both before and after transformation. A gay couple found that legal issues hindered their adoption of a transgendered teen in need of a family. Also, one teen discusses how going through the transgender experience with her parent has influenced and shaped her life in a positive way.
