She bribes official Cornelis with the stolen-back Breughel-copy to pass red-tape. He tortures Bert 't Groenloo to sell him a wharf, then cancels its contract with Noordermeer to finish its ship for De Graaf and gets it himself plus the next order. Marcel gets Tessa's number from Juup, waves his warning but experiences she's a literally torturous date.
