Having paid attention to the taste of water since childhood, water sommelier Ivan even quit his previous job and travelled all the way to Germany to learn about tasting water professionally with attitude. Conan studies water filters, hoping to drink healthier water and provide the purest water for his family. Sister Ngor is persistent in transporting ingredients and goes up the hill weekly by herself for preparation since she has to rely on stream water in cooking without tap water supply. Even though it is rather inconvenient, customers do appreciate the flavourful dishes cooked by Sister Ngor a great deal!
