As Hellsing and Iscariot hold a meeting with the Queen of the United Kingdom their conference is interrupted by a message from The Major (via live video transmission brought in by the ubiquitous Schrödinger) citing his intention to wage war on England. Meanwhile, a VTOL aircraft carrier called the Eagle gets hijacked by Millennium, while the Major and his minions make their way toward London to drive England into another war.
