Documentary series following the pioneering work of the vets and students at the Edinburgh Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies as they battle to save lives and undertake tricky surgeries on all kinds of animals from the farmyard, to domestic pets and even the exotic. The Scottish SPCA need help with a rescued Swan and can the exotics department fix a pet chameleon’s eye? Also Bella the retriever’s owners have to make a difficult decision.
