Although Alfonso refuses to provide substances to Alicia due to her condition, she decides to move forward and dies next to her. Luisa is forced to confess to her family that Marcelo is Natalia's real father, forcing her to face the contempt of almost everyone around her. Zaid imposes a restraining order to keep Marcelo away from Natalia; Luisa tries to console him and ends up confessing that she has never stopped loving him.
