When a glittery letter is accidentally posted to their house, Biff, Chip and Kipper become convinced that it belongs to a fairy. They set off with Gran to deliver it to the rightful recipient, but with only a smudged name and address to go on, they have to use their best fairy-tracking skills to follow the clues and find the letter’s true twinkly winged owner.
