Happy is waylaid and plans for one part of a new weapon are stolen. Robbie realizes the Space Patrol security communication code must have been broken. Changing strategy, the criminals steal the component parts for the proton gun. Can Robbie, Carol, and Hayward save Happy and recover the assembled weapon.
