This WW2 Lifeboat & Life Raft Ration was stowed away in every life saving craft from 1942 up into the 1970's. The contents varied only a little bit in that period of time. Most (by this point) do not hold up very well.. But this one was an exception. Probably a once in a lifetime experience. This is a true can of treasure. PS - as much as I really wanted to (and had fun joking about) - I did not eat any more of these pristine components. Giving them to a family member to re-sell to help cover some bills.
