A woman named Ayuko is brought to the ER unconscious. On her, the staff finds a note that reads: “I have terminal breast cancer—Do not resuscitate me.” When she regains consciousness, Teruyuki visits her in his role as chaplain and the two form a bond. The next thing he knows, Teruyuki is taking her out on a date!
