While there, he marvels at the size of Nic's Giant Spring Roll and the Ube Cheese Turon -- a carnival take on a Pinoy classic. Later, Noah does Christmas California-style at Winter Fest OC, where he keeps cozy with the Hot Cocoa Pretzel and gets cheesy with the Philly Pizza Taco.
