Columba assures Jeremías that he will only receive payment if Leona dies. Oliver defends Leona's integrity against her mother's slander. Jacinta asks David to hide the hatred he feels when he is in front of Gael. Benja confesses to Ana Julia that he considers her part of the family, she reveals that friends are like brothers, which is why she chose him for this. Gael surprises Leona and asks her to marry him. Kika suggests to her mother that she kill Leona, but Columba has a better idea. David discovers that Leona agreed to join her life with Gael, he reprimands her for pretending to love him she does not feel and spending every night with her enemy. Jacinta fears that Leona will confess the truth to her children. Leona meets with Ana Julia and Benja to confess that she is her real mother, but when she tries to speak, she decides that they see her as her best friend. Gael asks Columba to stop manipulating him with his children and confesses his plans with Leona.
