Back in 2009, as undergrad students at USC, Alex Chang and Bobby Kronfli started Paladar, an illegal, underground restaurant for their friends and fellow classmates. Now, a few years later, Alex and Bobby have entered the real world, where they are running and cooking in their own, legal restaurants. After a night of service, we hit the town with the Paladar crew. Starting with some good bar food at Freddy Smalls, drinks at Redwood Bar and Grill, and a MUNCHIES meal of chicken katsu at Bacaro LA, Bobby's restaurant, it's clear that these recent college grads still know how to party.
