Sheila takes a home pregnancy test: Ridge tells James he won't give up on Brooke because he is not convinced that she really wants to marry James. The doctors take their mystery patient off life support. Ridge tells Brooke he will return the ring if she doesn't want it. Brooke tells Ridge to wait because she has something to say.
