Ridge makes a pronouncement that no one, including Ridge himself, ever thought they would hear. Rick is reluctant to believe Ridge’s sentiment. The police zero in on their prime suspect. After finding irrefutable evidence, they make an arrest. All gather in shock as the culprit is led out of the building in handcuffs. Stephanie is adamant that the alleged attacker is innocent.
