When Bill learns of Steffy’s motive behind her proposal, he agrees to her plan… while having a motive of his own. Oliver apologizes to Hope again for his indiscretion with Brooke and begs for another chance. Hope dashes Oliver’s expectation of a reconciliation when she tells him that she is now dating Liam. Bill gives Liam his first big assignment as an employee of Spencer Publications.
