Roman explodes with anger because of the taunts from his colleagues and makes a banal medical error during an operation. The strongly religious mother-in-law cannot come to terms with her daughter-in-law, who sheds bloody tears. A patient with leukemia and little time asks doctors to help her fulfill her last wish. Nikita has moments when he acts like a doctor.
