A man with phosphorous burns on his arm and a boy hit in the head with a baseball are treated at the hospital. While the firemen respond to a case of difficult breathing, the victim's neighbor drowns in a hot tub. Officer Vince is injured in a traffic incident and begins to act irrationally.
