Tai Ping Street is a mysterious territory with its own set of rules and people to help keep the balance. After years of keeping their doors closed, Mr. Tin, the chief of Tai Ping Street, makes an unprecedented decision to open their doors to a new tenant whose identity remains a secret. A murder takes place on the same day the new tenant shows up, which makes Tai Ping Street's residents question her credibility.
