The notorious motorcycle gang "Firestarter" is passing through Kitzbühel. On this occasion, boss Ingo Kruse and his boys and girls also grace the Pöchlarner Stuben to eat Hannes' famous chili. On the onward journey, neo-member Thomas Mertens goes into a spin with his heavy machine, falls over a slope and dies. The SOKO finds out that Mertens has been poisoned. But it wasn't Hannes' chili that killed him, but a high dose of snake venom. But how did the poison get into his body? Who has access to such a poison at all? And what about the inner cohesion of the "Firestarters"? Was Thomas Mertens, who had just successfully fulfilled the difficult admission criteria of the "Firestarter", perhaps a thorn in someone's side?
