Flight to death (3x7)

:

In a field lie the wreckage of a crashed motor glider. In the wreckage lies the body of pilot Philip Franke. However, it is not a normal crash. He had sleeping pills in his blood. The detectives must now find out whether Philip Franke was murdered or whether he killed himself. In addition to flying, Philip Franke ran a hotel with his sister Annika. But she threw him out half a year ago. What was the reason for the sudden dismissal? He hadn't told his wife Jana and his two children Nicola and Coco about it. The family lacks money anyway. Philip Franke's flying was a financial burden for the entire family. The commissioners take another look at the airfield and find that only two years ago another sports aircraft crashed there. The LKA suspects that refugees were smuggled in at that time. Florian Luckow, the flight director of the airfield, claims to have known nothing about it. Was Philip Franke involved in human smuggling? Or did he uncover it and die because of it?
