When raising Esau, Ishmael appoints him as the eldest son. Jacob and Esau have a fight, as babies. Twelve years pass and Isaac shows that he prefers Esau, while Jacob is his mother's favorite. Lia (Bruna Perdigão) complains about her father and Jasper (Thiago Amaral) comforts her. Uriala makes Rebecca nervous. In the forest, Esau (Breno Morais) and Jacó (Breno Morais) are taken by surprise.
