The Explore the Pocono Mountains 350 marks the 88th race hosted by Pocono Raceway in Cup Series history. The 2.5-mile track located in Long Pond, Pennsylvania is known as the “Tricky Triangle.” Pocono Raceway has an unusual 3-turn configuration, where turn 1 has 14 degrees of banking, turn 2 has 8 degrees of banking, and turn 3 has 6 degrees of banking. The track first opened in 1971, with the Cup Series holding its inaugural race, won by Richard Petty, in 1974.
