Y Academy is destroyed by the beam attack released from Mazera's mother ship. But when Mataro woke up, the school was eerily quiet. It seems that the school has moved to the middle of the desert! Jinpei and his friends go all over the school looking for clues to return to Y Academy, but a strange phenomenon happens wherever they go, such as students suddenly starting to punch each other with bread or starting to dance a funny dark dance. Mataro notices that there is always a person in around when such an abnormal phenomenon occurs. On the other hand, Chiaki and Kyubi, who were concerned about where Y Academy being blown away, started their own investigation together.
