Gomer says that Nimrod is trying to be bigger than God. Nimrod meets Liba and asks her to join the townspeople, as he has a warning. Semiramis complains to his son on hearing the news. The construction of the tower continues at an accelerated pace. Time passes and the city develops even more. Semiramis affronts Nimrod.
