After Zhou Fei wakes up, she and Xie Yun go out for some food. At the restaurant, they realize that stories of Zhou Fei and her experiences so far in her journey have become a heated topic of discussion amongst citizens, though the spread of rumors has twisted the stories. Meanwhile, Chief Li receives notices that her spies have turned on her, so she leaves the mountain to find Lord Gan Tang to discuss a plan. Li Yan sneaks out and runs into Yang Jin, who mistakes her for being the successor of the Southern Blade.
