In the Benkelmann nursery, the gardener Johannes Herbig was killed with a hoe. Commissioners Winter and Stadler investigate Herbig's work environment. A first suspicion falls on the victim's nephew, Peter Herbig. According to the boss, Klara Benkelmann, he was lazy and often argued with his uncle. On top of that he was in debt and is the sole heir of his uncle.
