The final episode of this documentary series follows 24-year-old single mother Emily, who has completely lost control of her eating habits, which has seen her weight reach a worrying 26 stone. Emily puts herself in the hands of a top bariatric surgeon, but also seeks the services of a behavioural psychologist in a bid to understand what is driving her compulsive behaviour.
