A building inspection team has been hired by a real estate agency to inspect and videotape a manufacturing plant that is being posted for sale on the internet. The team enters the building with a checklist of different areas they need to inspect and document so that repairs can be made before the property is listed (i.e.: wiring, plumbing, structural work, foundation, etc.).
