A scout team for a structural engineering firm is shooting footage of a dilapidated house to see if it qualifies for demolition. The inspection begins with documenting some exterior problems. As the inspection continues through the air ducts, more evidence mounts that a very large rodent has been nesting in the house and has been feeding off local animals.
