A local business owner is looking to buy a starter home within walking distance to town with character, has plenty of space for her dog and fits her thrifty all-in budget. Ben and Erin Napier narrow her search down to two homes -- one is on the historical Bush dairy farm with a sizable yard and lake view, the other is a well-kept cottage with great bones and a small yard.
