Kirstie's Handmade Christmas is a carnival of Christmas cheer, stuffed with enough clever crafty tricks and tips, decorations, gifts, food and drink, to satisfy Father Christmas himself. Each episode features a festive competition, as the movers and shakers of the craft world flock to Kirstie Allsopp's Christmas HQ to compete for her coveted handmade trophy, sharing their festive techniques along the way. Each episode also looks back at Christmas past, revisiting favourite Kirstie crafts from times gone by. The first episode sees four talented sugar crafters race against the clockin the cake decorating competition. There's also a Yule log, some beautiful embroidery, and two mini makes to light up your life.
