Tsukuyomi has became a Kamen Rider, only to betray everyone and advance the A.R World apocalypse. After Geiz is killed attempting to stop Tsukuyomi, a disturbingly calm Sougo resolves to end Schwartz's scheme and stop his former friend by becoming Oma Zi-O as the final battle reaches its conclusion.
