Archaeologists tell the story of Despina, the patron saint and patron of the city in Despina, guide us to Rotonta and to Eptapyrgio in the Upper City. Vangelis Driskas cooks us 2 separate dishes with mussels and reveals the secrets to the perfect marinade. Despina prepares her own delicious cheesecake and, together with Vangelis, visit the confectionery with the legendary Panorama Triangles and a bougatas workshop with over 40 years of history.
