Obviously, the first twin who chooses what he wants to be, completely messes up the other twin’s plans. If you say first that you want to turn into a bucket of water, what can your sister choose? It can only turn into a bird to carry you there. Clearly. What if your sister says first that she's going to turn into a chimpanzee? You can only turn into a piece of ice so she can throw you. Unfortunately, all their potential fades when they try to speak faster than the other, and end up improvising any bullshit in an attempt to look better in their missions.
