Reg tells Rita he's now a free agent. She tells him she's not interested in him and tells him to keep away. Reg asks Angie to do some work for him at the flat but she tells him she'd never work for him. Reg begins to feel down as Rita, Curly and Angie snub him. Alma agrees to go to the theatre with Ken,but they end up walking out of the theatre half way through. Alma thanks Ken for giving her back her self respect. He then tells her about Mike's affair with Deirdre. Liz tells Jim she wants an abortion.
