After getting hold of a box cutter in the room across from hers, Eun Han experiences flashbacks of when her wrist was slit. Due to Ms. Jung’s urging, Eun Han goes to Taehwa University Hospital. There, she sees another patient with a bleeding wrist and collapses in front of Kang Woo. After Eun Han regains consciousness, Kang Woo tells her to meet Jang Seok Joon, claiming that he is the only one who knows why she had to receive plastic surgery.
