In order to retrieve her belongings, Eun Han goes down to the basement. However, none of her possessions are there, and she briefly has a flashback of a girl sitting on a sofa. She decides to have a cup of tea with Ms. Hwang, the head housekeeper. When she asks her about the key to the room across from hers, Ms. Hwang hints about its whereabouts. However, when Eun Han asks about the scars on her wrist, Ms. Hwang says that she cannot tell.
