Derek becomes obsessed with his rival when he finds Bernie trying to sell his wares in the Kabin and fights him off. Gail is upset when Martin tells her Don has guessed their secret, but Gail doesn't care what people think about her. Audrey is stunned when Ivy tells her about Gail and Martin's affair. However, Audrey is happy is Gail is happy, but Ivy fears she is the only one to oppose Gail's affair. Emily gets the keys to the factory off Percy to get her personal effects out of her office, while Vera and Josie enter the factory and take material and the clocking in clock as a momento. Ivy and Vera demand compensation from Mike, but he tells them its nothing to do with him.
