Newly engaged Virginia couple, Cara and Jared, are ready to move out of Jared's bachelor pad and into a single-family home. She wants to move to Virginia Beach so they can be close to the water. He prefers to find something out in the suburbs, where he feels like they can more house for their money. She's also against a fixer, but his priority is a good investment, so if he sees potential he's open to renovation.
