In Lowestoft, Suffolk, the week begins in Caribbean style, as feisty host Julia offers up a menu inspired by her native Dominica. On night two aspiring pop star Simon is determined to impress with his music-themed evening. It's competitive Jo's turn to host on night three and Julia arrives with a peace offering. The week ends with zany musician Paul bidding to triumph with his vegetarian menu. But will his decision be a risk too far?
