Dr. Bose is stitching Dev’s shirt button and gets lost in her dreams, where she imagines that Dev is proposing her! She feels at top of the world and starts admiring Dev’s feelings but soon her admiration turned the other way, when she realized that she is just daydreaming! However; later in the episode, Dr. Bose comes to know that Dev and Natasha are going for a dinner together. And, it made her feel little hurt about it!
