What I Eat in a Day | Healthy Vegan Style! (8x16)

Pasta salad recipe: 1 pound of bowtie pasta, the juice of one large lemon, salt and pepper to taste (start with 1 teaspoon of each and add from there), diced red onion, cilantro, halved cherry tomatoes, 1 can of beans, drained and rinsed (we used chickpeas), one diced cucumber, and any other veggies you love!
