The Goblins decide that the way to stop Noddy having fun is to make sure hes kept busy all day. They swap his crate of jelly mix for springs and make the paint he and Mr Plod are using on the police station turn pink. But whatever they do, Noddy ends up using their interventions to his advantage and having fun anyway.
