Splinter

When Splinter and her father arrive at her room for the first time, they meet her eccentric roommate Bill. Splinter is excited about living with Bill, but her father is less enthusiastic.

Splinter has no idea yet what she will study and is bored. When Bill asks her to help him with 'something', her day takes an unexpected turn.

Philosophy student Jordy helps Splinter into the laundry room and decides to stay put. When the self-proclaimed nihilist clumsily imposes his views on her, he bumps into a combative Splinter who gives him the full load.

Splinter continues to search for what she wants to study and clashes with both Bill and her father. To clear her mind, she goes out to party, but things go wrong there too.

Bill receives bad news from an unexpected source.

Sou comes to apologize to Bill, but he is on a cloud after his new plan for the future.
