Captain Dress - Police Chief and Rapist

In the winter of 2009, the police start snooping in a prostitution ring as a result of a murder in Bredäng. A witness says that she was raped by a police chief and the evidence points in the direction of the man called Captain Dress.

Outwardly, Göran Lindberg is known as the women's champion. During a house search at his office at the Stockholm Police Academy, several pieces of evidence are found for his respected position, but also torture tools that support the theories that he is a sexual sadist.

Göran Lindberg processes 14-year-old Julia and they arrange a meeting in a hotel room in Falun. Behind the scenes, the police continue their investigations and difficult trade-offs are made while waiting for sufficient evidence of a prison sentence.
