Elisabetta, 52, was born and raised in Milan, Italy but has lived in London for 30 years. She works as an NHS receptionist, and in her spare time is a passionate and talented artist. She is a very proud Italian cook and grew up watching her mother cook everything from scratch. Now it’s her turn to teach her daughters to fall in love with cooking.
