Emma and Nigel Forde along with family have lived in their Essex house for these last seven years. Following an upsetting encounter with a dodgy bathroom fitter, they've let the maintenance of the family home slip. Nigel believes that it's time to move on but Emma wants to spend some money to turn around the house she loves.
