Paul and Dawn and their family's current home doesn't work for them any longer. Dawn believes that it's dysfunctional and wants to 'list it'; but Paul 'loves it', and wants to stay. Kirstie comes up with the idea of a complete overhaul whilst Phil has found a selection of alternative properties.
