When their mother suddenly asks for Jack and Crystal to come visit her on the reserve, questions are asked regarding her intentions. Jack hasn’t been out there for years and Crystal doesn’t remember much of rez life other than her mother’s alcohol addiction. Upon arrival, their mother reveals some devastating news and helps Jack come to terms with a secret he’s been keeping since he left the reserve.
